Norstat needed help boosting engagement among its users. Together, we created a new, comprehensive user experience.
Norstat is one of Europe’s leading data collection companies. As part of its portfolio, it operates the Norstat Panel – a digital platform where members answer surveys.
Norstat wanted more responses and engagement from panel members. Through service design and insight into user needs, we developed ideas and concepts for new user experience, content, and functionality.
Using a sprint methodology for innovation, we quickly developed, refined, and evaluated ideas.
In close collaboration with Norstat’s project team, we made priorities and decisions in real-time, allowing us to adjust and perfect the concepts at record speed.
The solution was a completely new experience for panel users, including personalised avatars, a points system, and rewards. According to Norstat, the result was light-years ahead of the old system.
When we measured user engagement once the new experience was implemented, we confirmed a significant positive impact.
